Roger, I know that. But still want to check if there is available floating license on login. We should change the message to "There is no available remedy floating license right now, you won't be able to modify a ticket but you can create new ticket." Right now the remedy error message says, you don't have permission to the field, that field..That's confusing. Guess we want to let people know before they try to modify a ticket. Thanks, Jason Niu
