I figured it out! I selected the Work Log in the selection area and it falls as the last field in the notification with all the proper formatting!

How is this for digging back into the Archives... How do I include the worklog in this? It does not do the date conversion and it also doesn't include line breaks. I am using Michelle's recommendation of putting the fields in the Text section. I had created an ARNotification view and it still didn't put the fields in the order I had them on the view. I'm not quite understanding the template stuff just yet and just need to be able to put something quick and easy in the notifications (but that makes sense to my users) for the time being. I believe, if I remember correctly that it is or at least at one time based on xy coordinates of the fields. However, with the enhancements made to the email engine, it might pay to: 1. Use a template or 2. Use the Text field of the Notify filter. The value use to be limited to 255 characters. Since 5.0, the limits for email text has increased to 32K. Throw your fields in the Text portion of the Notify filter, so you can control the order. See if that works for ya. Hmmm...let's see. Was it based on the phase of the moon at development time, the sound of one hand clapping, or the color of the wind...trying to remember...Oh, yeah! I think it is based on the Field ID (ascending sort). About as intuitive, huh? Someone correct me if I remember wrong. How do you specify the order of selected fields? They appear alphabetical on the HPD:AssigneeNotify -> If Action form/tab, but they seem to appear randomly in the emails? Not that the order changes from email to email, just that the order is not alphabetical or in any other seemingly logical order... Thanks.
