Its not very pretty, but if you export the filter to a *.def file, you
will get a list of the fields (by ID) that has a section with all the
fields in it:

A little massaging/parsing with Excel or your favorite text editor, and
you'll have your list. I'm not sure what your end goal is, so this may be
more work than its worth.

I have 202 fields pushing in the Filter - so I will have to go through it
one by one inside the Filter.

At the moment ARUtilities will not show the results of a push fields
action.
You can check fields individually by searching for the desired fields,
then
right clicking on them and choosing "References". This will let you look
for
all references to the given field.
In the near future ARUtilities will display push fields and set fields
details
by clicking on a workflow object.
