Is anyone running this pair of apps/versions? I'm working on the ARS 7.x upgrade but my ITSM apps will remain at 5.5 (or 5.6) for a while. My approval process is fairly customized and I am attempting to come up with the best approach on the installation of the new (7.0) approval server without overwriting customizations on core approval forms such as AP:Detail, AP:Signature, CHG:ApprovalID, etc. If anyone has gone down this exact path your input would be greatly appreciated! Did you choose not to "Load AR System Approval Server forms into the AR System?" during the 7.0 Approval Server installation? If so, were you able to get the new approval server to function using the old aforementioned forms? Etc.
