Also, just forgot to mention, looking for options only from Remedy and / or 
Database.
Not sure why the adapters created for the same not working while trying from 
AO. Also, I am not at all an AO guy, so don’t know anything about it.

However, my colleague tried doing but only ending up with below error in 
Production Environment, thought it worked successfully in our test Environment 
without any issues.

If this can be enough for resolving, can pass on the steps to her. But still 
would like to know the option to do the same only from Remedy as is (not the 
contents of the file only, but as a file, example test.xml), if possible.
