Tom, I was wrong....Relationships doesn't show the relationship between the forms, but ARInside DOES....so, from ARInside, go to the log form in question and go to the 'Audit Settings' and it tells you the forms that use that audit form....that is of course assuming you have an ARInside of the system already, or are able to run one :)
