Hi,

I would export all forms to a DEF file, maybe using RRR|ExportDef:
https://rrr.se/cgi/tools/main?tool=rrrExportDef
rrrexportdef -t formall myserver 0 Demo PROMPT forms.def

Then I would search for the audit form name, maybe using RRR|DefSearch:
https://rrr.se/cgi/tools/main?tool=rrrDefSearch
rrrdefsearch -s forms.def -m "Audit Form Name"
