There is a known incompatibility for the User Tool and Remedy 9 In Remedy 9 BMC changed the way Overlaid forms are stored and that causes the user tool not to work with them. There was a discussion here back in Mud June on this (Re: Installing and upgrading to BMC Remedy 9).
