Hi List,

Good Day to all.!

Just have a query if possible.

1. Is there any document that gives the list of all fields and their use and
other details (field type, length/ size, ) about the field within each OOTB
ITSM Applications/ forms.?
2. If so, where can I find it?
3. If not, what’s the easiest way, if any to fetch it?
3. Also, with the same note, if it is possible to find the same for custom
fields on OOTB form.?

Just in case it depends on the version of my server, here is the info –

iTAM Env. Setup

OS : SunOS 5.10
DB : SQL – Oracle 10.2.0.4.0 - 64bi
ARS : 7.1.00 patch 11
CMDB : 2.1 patch 4
ITSM & SLM : 7.0.3 p7
Server Group : Yes

Also, we have this partially integrated with BO XI (just in case, this can help
in any way thru some Analytics reports that if we can query).

Please let me know any information needed from my in helping me out.

Regards,
Sagar
