We’re live on 2.5 and testing 2.6 now with the intention of getting it live as soon as possible.
It’s the Smart IT improvements that we are mostly interested in. We have found two issues so far with 2.6 that are stopping us at the moment – question menus that use the data in another field don’t work (they worked fine in 2.5) and date question fields beneath a condition don’t save (doesn’t work in 2.5 either). We also noticed today that the Services column in the Smart IT ticket console is not present in 2.6 but was there in 2.5.
