Have any of you seen a case where you set up someone in the People form then go to the User form and set "Force Password Change On Login" to Yes, but the user is NOT forced to change their password? I've had a few users now tell me that they were not prompted to change their password but I'm not sure what could be going on. Thank you in advance for your expertise.
