Please could you guide me for any technique to list down the name of all the custom fields in whole ITSM related forms? As we are soon upgrading to ITSM 9.0 and will be using SMART Reporting moving ahead so we require it. We require the list of custom fields from whole ITSM related forms to analyse it and accomodate it for the SMART Reporting. Ealry response will be highly appreciated.
