AA, Just to be clear on definitions. Are you looking for a list of all fields in your system that are currently of type 'Custom', or are you looking for a list of all fields in your system that were created by you, not BMC, but are not identified properly as custom objects yet, so that you can go through your system and mark them as custom for the upgrade?
