I have an issue with Remedy reporting for which I am sure there is a glaringly obvious solution...
I have created a Crystal Report which has a number of sub-reports within it which use varying selections via the selection expert function within Crystal. As a stand-alone report it functions without issue. I have uploaded the report as a report definition file (.rpt) into the Report form on my Remedy server. In the form I have specified that the report is a 'Date Rage Report' and selected 'Yes' to the 'Override Query in Report?' setting. When I run the report from the Report Console using the date range criteria the report runs but it would appear that the date range set via remedy is only enforced on the main report and not the sub-reports. [The problem]. Is it possible to use the report console date range criteria with sub reports in a crystal report uploaded to the report form? Any assistance greatly appreciated.
