Shaun I'm not familiar with MyIT but I understand it is a product that would need to be paid for, which would rule it out for now.
Also I should have mentioned we have a completely bespoke in-house solution. Would MyIT work with that or is it specific to ITSM? I'm really just looking for something simple which would answer the question about whether user x is busy between Start Time and End time. Maybe there is no simple solution..?
