Hi, It sounds like you have an issue with either the qualification you are using to query the underlying form, or a permissions issue on the data in the form (if using a Display to an underlying form, check permissions, etc).
Many people forget that the field permission access to the Query form need to be "Public" for normal SRM users to see the data. If you are an Admin user testing, you bypass the restrictions.
