Hi Abhishek, You are correct. Mongo DB is the back end for MyIT & SmartIT. Its comes bundled with MyIT/SmartIT installer and it is the default offering. If you are thinking of using some other DB similar to MongoDb, then, implemented functionality for MyIT will not work. For more details, you can log a case with Bmc Support for more assistance.
