Customization capabilities look interesting after browsing the demo. Looks
like business rules are implemented using javascript. You have the ability
to manage notifications, escalations, add tables/columns.

The web interface is a whole hell of a lot better than what the current
remedy/mid-tier architecture can offer.  It navigates like a real web app;
at no time will I have 20 browser windows open.

How do they price? Is it competitive to Remedy? Is the pricing based on a
sliding scale of users/transasctions/data/etc?

Will made some good point, particularly privacy. There is no way my
organization could use this solution for that reason alone. Some things
just can't leave the inteneral network.

I think integration will be a weak point of this product; from browsing
through the app, it looks like web services and email are the extent of the
integration capabilities.

Isn't that a web hosted application which is hosted by Service-Now.com so
basically that would mean you have little or no capability to modify or
customize their OTB offering?

 Yes this is a web hosted application hosted by Service-Now.com.
