All, I hope I am the last person on earth to figure this out, but I bet I am not. So I will post this tid-bit in the hope that it helps someone else out there too.
If you know the KB-ID and you only want to find that one record then only search on the number portion of the KB-ID value. So if you want to see "KM-000010005381" then only enter "000010005381" in the "Keyword(s):" field before you do your search. If you enter "KM-000010005381" then you will get 1000's or records. If you enter "10005381" then you get zero records. All of those results seem counter intuitive to me, but here are my observations of the current functionality.
