Hi all. My flashboards is not working properly (in WUT and mid-tier). The problem is the image is not displayed, like if the URL was incorrect.
Using midtier I can find the URL that is trying to retrieve, and is something like: http://arsys/servlet/FBImageServlet?key=SERVER%3AUSER%3A248 but... ¿where is the webserver name????? If I copy this URL in the browser and modify including the webserver name (something like http://WEBSERVERNAME/arsys/servlet/FBImageServlet? key=SERVER%3AUSER%3APWD), the image shows properly... In another server, everything is working fine. The only difference I can see between servers is that in the machine with the error, I use a virtualhost to connect to Remedy Midtier, so I don't use the IP or the servername, but a virtualhost. ¿¿¿Any Idea????
