randleslisa,

The OOB apps often use "alternate pointer records" (in other forms) to
do things like "list of tickets" and not actually look at the real
ticket form. So my WAG is that the permissions on the actual ticket
are not set so that the user in question has any access to it.
(However the "alternate pointer records" are accessible to the user in
question.

See if you can find a difference in the permissions on field on for
the form that the table field points at, and the permissions on field
1 for the form that actually holds the ticket data. (Again, assuming
that they are different forms.)

HTH.

OK, let me see if I can describe my issue...

Background: Working in Rem6.3, I have a need for users to go to the
requester console and -- if they select the canned summary "Apply Legal
Hold", the urgency and priority are both set to urgent. Easy enough?!

Note: Previously, I also had a need -- off the requester console -- to make
it so that if they were to select a button called "account request", new
fields appear for additional information. OK, so previously I disabled
RR:RNR-Save06 and created 2 active links Save06Standard and
Save06AccountRequest....which works fine!

Soooo, now that I need the Legal Hold option, I created Save06LegalHold,
which is exactly the same as the Save06Standard version, only it pushes
Urgent to the priority and urgency fields and it is limited by 'Item' =
"Legal Hold".

Problem: Even when I test a standard request, it appears to work fine and
you get a popup with the HD#. The HD# (upon refresh) shows up in "My
Requests"...it even shows up in the HD's ticket queue listing and you can
open it and view it and everything -- however, it does not return when you
search for it. I've searched by HD#, CTI, Urgency, etc... but it doesn't
return!

Now, if I turn off the 3 active links and go back to the 2 ALs I was using,
it works fine. Created requests come back as search results -- but the
one's I created with the 3 ALs on, still do not return. I'm at a loss!

Anyone have any suggestions? I can provide any information you need, just
let me know.
