The last time I looked at the CM integration with the CMDB it looked like
the user would have to click on the CI Viewer to understand what the
potential CIs affected by a change would be. In other words, the end-user
entering/viewing the Change Request would manually look at the CIs and
relationships rather than the CM module proactively:
1) showing the user what could be affected;
2) showing the user who should be an approver on the Change Request;
3) showing the user what business lines/departments could be
affected;
Is this still valid? Is there a real integration between the CMDB and the
CM now?
