One approach is to have your Application-Delete-Entry filter (triggered
by Status=Delete, for example) set to run at execution level 0. The
second command in the filter would be a Go To 1000. This would ensure
that no other filter workflow runs. This assumes that no other filters
run at 0 or 1000.

Subject: Turn off Workflow during the delete process

**

I have workflow that archives issues after a certain time frame and
deletes the issue on the issue table.

I have found that all the issues get archived, but some of the deletions
do not happen because some normal workflow stops it.

Is there a way to run Application-Delete-Entry where the filters do not
come into play?
