slide 33 of 38. It's rather simple to configure, but take note of what the previous thread highlighted: You need to configure separate users, based on permission groups, to perform the prefetch. I just set up a series of read restricted accounts that I use to perform the prefetch, one to represent each of the expected/common mid-tier target audiences.
