We currently have the SLM application installed but our Demo license 
recently expied. We're in the process of renewing licenses but for the 
meanwhile we're trying to avoid the "The application is not licensed  : 
Remedy Service Level Management" error occuring on most ITSM apps. 
Commenting  out the slmbrsvc process in the armonitor.conf file hasn't 
helped. Any help would be appreciated.
