We use the VText service to send out Text Pages of outages and such to our people. Good news if your on Verizon. Otherwise, I'm sure you can get Remedy to interface with Qpage. Qpage uses a modem to connect to several different paging/cell phone carriers. We were going to use Qpage, however, we do not have a modem attached to the server and most of our company is on Verizon. It seemed like an easy win.

He would like Remedy to send his "pages" to his cell phone. I can have it send an email to his cell phone, but it sends all of the "stuff" such as email headers to the phone. We just want the standard "HD000000000000000 bas been escalated" message to go out. I am sure someone out there knows how to do this. I've looked through my archives and can't find anything. Help me please, pretty please!
