Dear all, Need a clarification on the Mid-Tier Session Timeout - will it also release user floating license?
Had tried configured it to 15 minutes (default 90 mins) but Remedy Admin still shows that the user is holding the floating license even after 30 minutes. Really appreciate for any comment on this.
