Hi, I'm not very familiar with Remedy, pardon me if this is a very basic question. I'm trying to find out if this is possible with Remedy/mid- tier. We generate a URL on a Remedy mid-tier screen that links to an external applet/application. Is it possible to append to this URL a dynamically generated MD5 hash of let's say a field in the DB? Is this even do-able? If so, how can one accomplish this? We use Remedy mid- tier with Oracle. Any help is greatly appreciated.
