We are wanting to nitify the Group members, or individuals assigned to a Help Desk ticket by PHONE call, of the assignment. If a security issue arises late at night, no one is logged on to email .. or their computer for an alert. We would like Remedy to call a phone number to notify them immediatly of the problem Can this be done with the base product? Are there add-ins to do this? Are there vendors with products to do this intergrated with Remedy? Where would I find those vendors?
