I've been out of town for the past week...I've followed the DST thread some, but not closely enough. So what happens if you set your live Remedy server to GMT from, say, EST with existing tickets in the database? Time values are stored as GMT in the database anyway, so what's the impact? As I recall it, the client is what displays the correct time value when it's fetched, based on the user's time zone setting in the operating system. So what's the catch?
