We used the installer without any errors. We had been on midtier 6.3
patch 16. What it broke was our drill downs on the flashboards when
viewing them on the web.

Patch 21 is in limited release. We got the first install
because patch 20 broke our flashboards. Patch fixed are flashboards
issue, but we are get the Caught Exception ;Object Expected error which
others are talking about on the list. I have been told that there is
going be another release, perhaps they will include it in Patch 21 since
it is still not fully released.

        Hi All / BMC,

        I am seeing
ftp://filedownload.bmc.com/smbu_patches/ars/6.3/patch021 , dated today.
However, I am not seeing the Server-readme.txt or MidTier-readme.txt
files within this folder.

Is patch 21 fully copied to the BMC FTP site, or is it still
being copied?

If it is fully released, does anyone know which files have been
modified since Patch 20?
