Another unusual question, if I may. I have an application whose
status field will recycle (due to resource re-use). My users would like to
clear status history fields when status is set "backwards" - to reset for
redeployment. DAB documentation is weak - simply says it's Remedy
server-maintained and cannot be updated. I didn't see any built-in process
that would perform this, but maybe one of you knows of a way. Thanks for
whatever you can share.
