We do not have the problem and we have ARS 6.3 Patch 20 and Mid Tier Patch 20. Whats your environment? Ours is the following: ARS Server -> Windows 2003 Mid Tier -> Linux with JBoss 4.2 / Java 1.5.0_04 / Apache Tomcat 5.5.9 We are currently using ITSM 5.6 Applications. That might be a factor with this as well.

Ok Control we do have a problem here :-( When logged into the Mid-Tier and going into the Remedy Support, Remedy Requester or Remedy Management and clicking on the logout button I keep getting this popup window. The only thing that was done is to logon to the Mid-tier and opened the Remedy Support page. So since Remedy thinks every user is making a change when they logon it's sucking up all of the floating user license and this is causing as you can see.
