Thats probably the Sun JDK 1.5.0_11 Registry Key bug. In Regedit check
HKLM/Software/JavaSoft/Java Development Kit/1.5/JavaHome. It should have the
path to the JDK, but you will probably see the number "1" there instead.
Workaround is to edit that key.

I'm pretty sure this has been documented by Sun as a bug and I presume it will
be fixed in the next JDK patch.

Subject: JDK Not Installed

**
Ok...here is a slam dunk for someone...I'm reinstalling Midtier 6.3 P20 on a
dev box (Win2k3) and I'm getting this message...

---------------------------
Remedy Mid Tier Setup
---------------------------
A compatible JDK was not found on this system which is required for this
product to work properly. See the installation documentation for details on
installing JDK.
---------------------------

I have 1.5.0_11 installed...but I'm sure it's just a pathing issue....which dll
needs to be in the path for this to work again?
