If you think of the physical box that AR System comes in, the Hummingbird Search Server is its own CD. However, it does come in every box of AR System. > -No search engine product files are included in the AR System installation. That is correct - the SearchServer has its own installation executable. However, that installation CD comes with AR System. > -A global key is provided to install the search engine; however the Full Text Search product must still be licensed to activate the functionality. That is also correct. There is a global key for Hummingbird to activate the SearchServer itself. There is a separate license key for AR System to activate Full Text Search - which is a function within AR System that uses the Hummingbird Search Server. Thanks, -David J. Therefore, when you download AR System from the BMC website, you get the Hummingbird SearchServer. You would not go to the Hummingbird web site.
