I tried to attach the PDF but its too big for this list. I'm not sure
what the original file name is, but the name of the document is "Remedy
Encryption Products 6.0 Release Notes and Installation Guide".

We have a separate AR Server and Email Engine. We're not using
encryption, but it would be very easy to implement. Just add the ar.cfg
tags needed to enable and enforce the level of encryption you want, and
all API clients (including the email engine) should start using
