Doug, Thanks! This works. My problem is now that incoming email messages which have attachments. I can see the attachments in the AR System Email Messages form, but evidently they are actually on a different form, because they aren't in the 'table' when I create my escalation. I would like to grab any attachments that are included and put them to my attachment pool in another form. How can I do this?
