Dan talked about AR System 6.3 and AST:ComputerSystem. I guess that will mean ITSM 6 and CMDB 1.1... in CMDB 1.x you should not populate the AST forms but rather the BMC:ComputerSystem forms and so on. Also, you'll have to fill the ClassID and DataSetID fields. You can check the values of these fields by first manually creating assets from ITSM.

For all Asset to user associations, you would push the information to the AST:AssetPeople form.
