Hello Mike, Make sure that IIS Admin servive and SMTP service is up and running on the server. I would also recommend to keep polling interval at 10 minutes at least as we ran into some issues with less than 5 minute polling interval time. Also, even if message status says "YES", you can still have errors. Click on error tab to make sure there are no errors.
