Does anyone have a design for the Operational Categorization Tier 1, 2, 3 and Product Categorization 1, 2, 3 that they would be will to share with the group or privately? We have started our design discussions and believe that Tier 1 out of the box makes sense but we have quickly come to a difference of opinion when looking at Tier 2. Any thoughts or ideas would be greatly appreciated.
