Did you run the installer to upgrade the email engine? It looks like
a size mismatch for an email address or login name. Check the def
file for the email messages and email mailbox forms against the forms
on your server.

I upgraded our ARServer from 6.3 to 7.0.1 patch 1, Email to 7.0.1 from
6.3 and uninstalled prior versions of JRE and installed jre 1.5.10.
Restarted the services and when tried to send an email through the AR

My incoming mail protocol is MAPI and outgoing is SMTP. It was working
before the upgrade with this config setting.
