I found it Susan, Susan, I found the product, I noticed the reports can be in RTF / Excel / CSV / HTML and PDF. Here is a thought.. Are your reports in PDF by any chance ? I have seen issues with PDF reports elsewhere and your RAM issue. What if you made your reports html, does the ram usage go down? There is a hotfix, I am guessing you have applied this as well.
What if you schedule a script to kill the product and restart it every 2 hours ? I know this is not permanent. On 5/3/07, patrick zandi <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote:
Do you run this application from your desktop or from the server ? If you run this on the server, do you use remedy's email engine with it ? or does it have its own ? Does it run on JAVA ? I know nothing of this application, and it may not help with the questions Susan, however I am interested in the application myself as well. This might be a little selfish, I am sorry if it seems that way.
