It looks like that jar that stores the class files for
com.remedy.arsys.support.MessageTranslation is not in your classpath.
As to the steps required to fix this in ServletExec, I can not help
you.

I would say the first thing you should do is check your midtier
install directory to see if it has all the jar files it should.

Subject: Mid-Tier 7.x Error

ok...we have two Mid-Tiers running on the same box in different ServletExec
AS installs. Each is pointed to its own Mid-Tier directory...both were
functioning just fine with 6.3. We upgraded one of them to 7.0.1 Patch 2
and can't get it working...I was able to get into the config page after a
bit of work...but now when I try to get to the login I get this error

Error getting compiled pageE:\Remedy\New Atlanta\ServletExec
AS\se-Dev1\ServletExecData\default\ARSystemDev2\pagecompile\_shared\_login_xjsp.java:17:

location: package com.remedy.arsys.support
import com.remedy.arsys.support.MessageTranslation;

Any suggestions?
