Hi Axton, I am using 7.x and have tried working with the new AP:PreviewInfo feature but cannot get it to function. I put in a ticket with Remedy about a month ago and we've been going back and forth on this issue. I need a solution soon. Do you have any suggestions on how to create a preview list of approvers? I'm trying to generate a preview list for the Parent-Child process which goes by manager, manager's manager, etc.
