You can make a guest account and not specify a password, that way a user
can login under a "guest" ID and be able to submit requests.

Subject: ?*? Unknown / Guest User in Single-tenancy only? or
Multi-tenancy aswell?

**

Hello All,

Quick question: is it true that "multi-tenancy" mode cannot allow
unregistered / unknown users? If my application is already set up as
"multi-tenancy" mode, how can I tweak it so that guest users can submit
tickets via Request Console?

I read this paragraph from the "Request Console - Application Settings":

Thanks,

Susie Cheung
