You can make a guest account and not specify a password, that way a user can login under a “guest” ID and be able to submit requests.

Hello All,
Quick question: is it true that "multi-tenancy" mode cannot allow unregistered / unknown users? If my application is already set up as “multi-tenancy” mode, how can I tweak it so that guest users can submit tickets via Request Console?
