I would use the base report of 12 or so fields that will run, then add 1 field at a time until it fails. This may allow you to figure out which field is giving you the problem.
Will the report run from the report designer? Are there any formulas or grouping in the report? Are date formats the same between the Remedy User Tool and the Crystal Designer? Are there any Diary fields included in the report? Make sure your report server is set properly in your User Tool. Make sure the server AND form is set properly in the Report form. I know that Crystal and Remedy don't always see eye to eye just some ideas.
