dear listers,
after 2 years of hard work on ARSystem 4 and with a jump onto version 6,
my managers have decided to offer me a course of my choice.
I am puzzled. I am wondering, among others, which of the Remedy Approved
Consultant or the ARSystem 6.x Skilled Professional (course Q-AR-520-6)
will be the most beneficial.
Where do these courses lead to?
Or maybe API development is also very interesting and more existing ?!?
Probably not a very pertinent question. But still as Confusius was
saying: "thinking alone is never as beneficial as thinking with other
people".
My background is Oracle DBA for about 3 years with a bit of development
in Java, Php and VB. I am ease at Unix as well as Windows.
Any comment is very welcomed.
