He is one of those people...but he's only here on an advisory
perspective....yes...to create an RFE you need to create a ticket requesting
the enhancement...they will verify that all of the information necessary is
present...and submit the RFE on your behalf

I take it that you are one of these "BMC Support folks", so I'll pass this
suggestion on to you.  Could you please make attachment fields available to
the "Change Field" action, so that they can be changed from read-write to
read-only dynamically.

There used to be an "Enhancement Request" link.  Whatever happened to it?
How do we get in touch with these "BMC Support folks?"  Should we submit a
Support ticket?
