Hi Dwayne;

  I am not "one of those BMC Support Folks". "Suggestions" made on the
ARS List are not tracked and would not be processed anyway.

> Should we submit a Support ticket?

Yes. The process for submitting an RFE is to contact BMC Support
through formal channels. The RFE submission link for customers was
removed and all RFEs are now processed through Support.

David,

I take it that you are one of these "BMC Support folks", so I'll pass
this suggestion on to you. Could you please make attachment fields
available to the "Change Field" action, so that they can be changed from
read-write to read-only dynamically.

There used to be an "Enhancement Request" link. Whatever happened to
it? How do we get in touch with these "BMC Support folks?" Should we
submit a Support ticket?

Dwayne
